Well, I did it!

I submitted project/layout for the CropChocolate.com design team search.  And I was one of 10 selected!  These are the projects I submitted. This is a mini album I made as my "out of the box" project.  I have difficulty with mini albums and for this one I had directions and had to glue the pages together and fold it the right way......I loved it so much, I am considering making another!

The second project I submitted was a "me" project.  This was to reflect me as a crafter.  The layout I chose combines some of my favorite things.....my family (my favorite subjects to scrapbook), crochet (my other favorite crafty thing to do) and one of my favorite colors (Pink)!

More challenge layouts.....

Here are more challenge layouts I've done recently:

This one was for a "handmade" flower challenge. Used BG Lemonade, BG Olivia Brads, Patchwork Ladybug Thickers and miscellaneous buttons.

This challenge called for following a sketch and using masking. I masked the Mickey Mouse head. Used BG Lemonade, MM Giggle Kids boy trim and MM glitter alphabet.

This challenge was to use a song title as inspiration for a page. Used BG Archaic.

This was to make a project about your favorite little man and something that shimmered. Used MME Stella & Rose and MM packing tape. The "handyman" letters are from Jolee's (not CC).

Posting some challenges!

It's been a while since I posted anything, so I'm posting some challenge layouts that I've done.

This one was a sketch challenge. I was given a sketch and needed to "interpret" it. This was at Disney Fort Wilderness.

This was another sketch challenge. This was taken at Bass Pro Shops in Orlando. Santa was AWESOME!! We go back there every year because that's where the real Santa lives! :o)

This was a recipe challenge.....needed a star, twine and buttons.....I think that's what it called for. This was also taken at Disney Fort Wilderness.....same trip as the fishing pix! :o)

This layout was also a recipe challenge.....two die cuts (the eggs), three brads and some bling. Anna's first Easter. She was 6 days old!

This is the most recent. The challenge was to make up-cycled flowers. These flowers were cut from the box my checks came in and they were "stamped" using some plastic wrap from a birthday card. Both of these items were found in the trash can in my craft room! What a fun challenge!

CC Confectioners Challenge #1

This was the first challenge layout for an online scrapbooking group I belong to. Crop Chocolate Confectioners. The inspiration picture was a collage of a variety of photos. What I saw when I looked at the photos was family and nature. We took this trip to Amicalola Falls in November 2009. Supply list: BG Archaic, Bazzill cardstock, BG "white" brads.

This page was made with Echo Park Happy Halloween. DH and I were Statue of Liberty and Uncle Sam! Had a blast!

These last 3 are from my wedding album, and I have NO IDEA what paper this is! LOL these were done before I discovered actual brands of paper and techniques, and CROP CHOCOLATE! LOL
