Stripes!

This week's theme for the challenge at Clear It Out is Animals and the stash item is Striped paper!

Our fabulous sponsor this week is Doodle Pantry!  The set I'm working with is part of their Operation Write Home section!  All proceeds from sales of these go to Operation Write Home.  OWH is an organization that provides boxes of handmade cards to the troops for their correspondence back home.  Check them out!

With this set came several different animals and digital papers.  I used the striped and grey polka dot for my card today.  Black was from stash.  The natural twine is from Bella Creationz and Timeless Twine!

Until next week!  Happy Crafting!

Bi-Weekly Challenge #8 - Anything Goes - Cuttin & Stampin

The bi-weekly challenge at Cuttin and Stampin is an Anything Goes challenge!  Sometimes those kinds of challenges are the hardest!  There is no starting off point and no ending point!

Our featured product is Bo Bunny Altitude 6x6 paper pad

and Avery Elle Simply Said Stamp set

Both of which are available at Cuttin and Stampin Scrappy Supplies!

My card is also going to be entered into a sketch challenge at My Favorite Things!

With no "wave" template in site, I freehanded (*yikes*) the wave!  I added some stash flowers and brad.  I used a white paint marker for the faux stitching.  Stampin Up Winter White ink was used to stamp the sentiment.

This is a bi-weekly challenge so there is still time to get your project finished and entered!!   Please add your link to Tuesday's post and be entered to win.

Good luck!!

To Die For Wednesday

Hi there crafty friends!  Today on the Timeless Twine blog it's To Die For Wednesday!

This layout has been in the works for some time!

The kids (who were 5 and 2) discovered the snails on our back porch!  They pulled up a seat and watched them slither around for quite some time!  My die is the title block.  It's cut with the Lawn Fawn Stitched Journaling Card.

My paper choice is My Minds Eye Indie Chic Citron.  I used both 6x6 and 12 x 12 papers.  The date stamp was found in at the dollar spot at Target and the washi tape is in my stash!  The snails were stamped from a Stampin Up kit and then covered in Glossy Accents and fussy cut!  Last, but certainly not least, is the twine and sequins from Bella Creationz!  I used chocolate chip brown twine and clearly beautiful sequins!

Sunny days ahead!

Hello crafty friends!  This week at Clear It Out Challenge the theme is your favorite holiday and to use yellow or gold things!  Our sponsor this week is Sweet Pea Stamps!

I used my Tombow Art Markers to color in this St. Pat's Fairy!  I used some stickles on her wings and also on the butterfly.  The background paper is Teresa Collins Daily Stories, the yellow solid is from scraps.  Twine (lemonade yellow) is from Bella Creationz and Timeless Twine!

Technically "spring" isn't an official holiday, but knowing what's going on up north my guess is that when Spring does arrive it WILL be a happy day!

Winged Things!

Happy Wednesday!!  The current challenge over at Southern Girls Challenge is called "winged things."

We have two amazing sponsors for this challenge.....Retail Girl and Aurora Wings!  My image comes from Aurora Wings.....I love the details on the image!

I colored her in with my Tombow Art Markers, added some stickles to her wings.  Fairies always need sparkles on their wings!  The paper is from Bo Bunny Altitude Collection.  The ribbon and pearl dots are from my stash.

Be sure to check out the sponsors and show them some love!

All Things Red!

Here it is the week of Valentine's Day!  Red is the color of love and also the theme and stash items this week for Clear It Out Challenge!

Our sponsor this week is new to us, Digital Paper Craft.

The image I used is called, me and Ted.  I colored her in with my Tombow Art Markers and used scraps of patterned paper and red cardstock for this one!  The dots are homemade acrylic dots (melted perler beads).  I grabbed a button, some ribbon and some twine from scraps as well!  It always pays to keep every little piece of stuff you have!

Everyone could use a hug now and again!

Be sure to visit the blog and enter your red creation and don't forget to visit Digital Paper Craft too!

Love is in the air!

Love is definately in the air!!  Over the past month or so, two close couples have become engaged!  Both getting married this year!  Ah young love!

This week at Clear It Out Challenge, it's anything goes, but my card happens to be love related!  ;)

Our sponsor this week is Sami Stamps.  Isn't she elegant?!?

I used a piece of frosted vellum embossed with a swiss dot folder.  Colored her in with my Tombow Art Markers.  The doily and sequins are from Bella Creations and Timeless Twine.

This will be going to one of the lucky brides-to-be!

Be sure to visit Sami Stamps!

Tag -- you're my valentine!

Hello there!  First week of February and that means it's time for love!!!  Over at Bella Creationz and Timeless Twine it's Tag it Tuesday!

My card was inspired from a sketch from MojoMonday from last February I found on Pinterest.  My paper choice is Teresa Collins Daily Stories, the tag was a gift from Unity Stamp Co.  The twine, stamped sentiment and background, the sequins and the doily heart (cut from a doily) are all from Bella Creationz!

Be sure to check out the Etsy store and show some love!
