Creative Scrapbooker Magazine - Spring!

I am overwhelmed with pride and excitement with having another card printed in Creative Scrapbooker Magazine!

Funny story about this card is that the image is actually upside down! But luckily with this Unity image it clearly doesn't matter that it's upside down from the picture on the packaging! You do you!! My mom's favorite flower is the yellow rose....so they had to be yellow! <3 I stamped onto canson watercolor, colored with my Tombow ABT markers and with the help of an Altenew Waterbrush I was able to move the color around to make it softer and more watercolored looking. I sprinkled some shimmery Yasutomo watercolor paint on top and then added some sequins from SpiegelMom Scraps! The stamp set is called Hello Fresh Start, the sentiment is from a kit called Another Name for Love and the panels were die cut using the scallops and rectangle nesting dies. All three are from Unity Stamp Co.

Stay tuned.....there may be more publications on the horizon! ;)

Some additional supplies and tools I used on this card!

Inspired by Challenge (#IB275) and Caffeinated Christmas Card Challenge #26

 Another two-fer on this post!

This is being entered into the Inspired by Challenge (#IB275) Pink Hot Chocolate and also into the Caffeinated Christmas Card Challenge #26 the theme is hearts!

The paper and stamps are all from Unity Stamp Co. The stamps are from 12/2022 KOM {a new chapter} and the sentiment was from a grab bag! I colored with my Tombow ABT Brush markers. I had a tag ready to go, but it was the wrong size so I grabbed some leftover manilla folder I had cut up for another project and cut my own! Mounted it with some foam tape, added some ribbon and twine and a cute "cup" charm! The pink enamel dots are from Gina Marie Designs.

I did utilize an older sketch from {BYSHC}, sketch #29.

Thanks for looking!! :)

Welcome to February and {BYSHC} Sketch Challenge #42!

Welcome to February! {BYSHC} Sketch #42 is up and ready for your creative minds! The monthly sketch challenges are sponsored by our fantastic partners....this month the challenge is sponsored by Not2Shabby.

Patterned paper is from Park Lane Nice List. I printed the images (cafe latte with whip and donut) then colored with generic alcohol markers. After coloring I fussy cut both with cutter bee scissors and added some white gel pen accents here and there as well. The sentiment is from a Unity Stamp Co kit called Winter Cheer and Deer. I cut the tag using Unity Stamp Co. Scallops and arches nesting dies and attached it using some foam tape. I punched a hole and added some fibers from my stash (club scrap 2006)!

Here are more supplies that I used to create this card!

Newton's Nook Designs - Inky Paws Challenge (#215 Color Challenge)

I'm sneaking one in for the Newton's Nook Designs Inky Paw Color Challenge #215

These colors are so amazing! I have just purchased a new-to-me NND set called Garden Mice and it's so sweet!

Started with a white card base, to that I added a background panel of kraft cardstock. All else was from my scrap bin! The mouse w/ the butterfly were stamped onto watercolor cardstock and colored with my Tombow ABT Dual brush markers then die cut with the coordinating die set. The colors I used are 772, 990, 491 and 373. The circles were die cut using Unity Stamp Co. scallops and circles nesting dies. First from white, then a smaller vellum circle. I popped the mouse up using foam tape.

I followed a sketch from Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Facebook Group (I've attached it below).

I'll attach a few more tools I used below!
