Jingle Belles has posted a photo challenge this round! So many options with this one! Color, cntent, shapes all are fair game!
Today I've chosen to use the snow globe aspect of this photo along with the "whimsical" shapes inside the globes!
This card pretty much had a mind of it's own!! Started out as something completely different, but the final result is perfect!!
Started with a background of light blue cardstock. Used some faded jeans distress oxide to ink blend the edges. I then sprinkled some watered down white acrylic paint. The stamps used are all from Unity Stamp Co. They are Winter Shake Up (snowglobe) and felt star. The star reminds me of sugar cookies which is in the inspiration photo as well. Tombow Art Markers to color on watercolor paper.
i could not agree more... the final result and everything about this card is PERFECT; i love that we can see all the inspiration points and yet it's very much your own creation! so pleased you could join our JINGLE BELLES fun!
